Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs from your choice of delivery method other than standard delivery), without undue delay and not later than 14 days from receiving returned goods or evidence of return shipment.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, items with broken seals cannot be returned:

- Products with broken safety seals

Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Pack the product securely in original packaging
- Ship the product to the address provided in return authorization
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
- We sent you the wrong product
- The product does not match website description
In these cases, we cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Late or Missing Refunds

Non-Delivery

Cancellations

After Shipment
